These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prop Firm Empires — the Forge desktop app, the Command web dashboard, and propfirmempires.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Prop Firm Empires, a sole proprietorship based in British Columbia, Canada ("we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1.What Prop Firm Empires is
Prop Firm Empires is a behavioral discipline tool for futures traders. The Forge (desktop app) and Command (web dashboard) help you track whether you followed your own trading rules — held where you said you would, respected a loss limit, logged an urge instead of acting on it — not your profit and loss.
Prop Firm Empires is not financial advice, not a broker, and not an investment adviser. We don't recommend trades, don't manage your money, and hold no license to give financial or investment advice. Nothing in the Service should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
2.We never touch your trades
The Service never places, modifies, or closes a trade on your behalf, and never has access to do so. It observes and records; it does not act. Your broker connection (via OAuth) is read-oriented for the purpose of this product — you remain the only one placing and managing trades, through your broker's own platform.
3.No guarantee of outcomes
Using the Service does not guarantee improved trading discipline, performance, profitability, or passing any prop firm evaluation. Trading futures involves substantial risk, and past behavior — yours or anyone else's — is not a guarantee of future results.
4.Compliance disclosures
Required regulatory disclosures (futures risk, CFTC hypothetical-performance disclosure, and platform attribution) live at propfirmempires.com/disclosures and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. That page is the canonical source — nothing in these Terms should be read to override or contradict it.
5.Your responsibilities
You're responsible for:
- Your own trading decisions and their outcomes, in every case.
- Complying with your broker's terms of service.
- Complying with your prop firm's rules and evaluation terms, if you're enrolled in one. We have no relationship with, and no authority over, any prop firm — the Service does not certify or guarantee compliance with any specific firm's rules; it's a tool to help you track your own adherence to rules you define.
- Complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your trading activity, in your jurisdiction.
- Keeping your broker credentials, device, and account secure.
6.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old — and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher (it is 19 in British Columbia and several other Canadian provinces) — and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
7.Accounts
Accounts are live. You can create one at command.propfirmempires.com to hold your place; access to the Service itself opens in waves. Creating an account is free, and there is nothing to buy — see §8. Accounts are handled by Supabase, with Google available as an optional sign-in provider.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8.Fees and payments — not active today
The Service is currently free and does not process payments. This section describes the planned payment system (via Stripe) once it launches.
Once payments launch: fees will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe; we don't store your full card details.
Your first subscription charge carries a 14-day money-back guarantee: email support@propfirmempires.com within 14 days of that first charge and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Renewal charges are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise — you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, effective at the end of the period you've already paid for. Subscriptions state their billing cycle and cancellation method clearly at sign-up.
9.No guarantee of trading outcomes / not investment advice (restated)
To be unmistakably clear, because this matters most: nothing produced by the Forge or Command — reports, streaks, scores, summaries — constitutes investment advice, a trading signal, or a promise of any financial outcome. Futures trading carries real risk of loss, described further in the disclosures referenced in §4.
10.Software; unsigned installer
The Forge is provided as a downloadable Windows installer. The installer is not currently digitally signed. When you run it, Windows may show a Microsoft Defender SmartScreen warning ("Windows protected your PC"). This is expected for an unsigned build from a small independent developer, not evidence of malware — but it also means Windows itself is not vouching for the file, and you should only download the installer from propfirmempires.com or another source you trust. Run it at your own discretion.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Forge on your own devices for your own trading activity. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software, or use it to build a competing product. The names "Prop Firm Empires," "The Forge," and "Command," and their associated logos and visual identity, are our names and marks — nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use them.
11.Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms — currently Tradovate for broker connectivity, with NinjaTrader integration in progress — Supabase (accounts) and, if you use it, Google sign-in today, plus Stripe (payments) once payments launch. Each of those services has its own terms and privacy practices, which apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service, including your broker's platform.
12.Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
13.Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING ANY TRADING DECISIONS YOU MAKE, WHETHER OR NOT INFORMED BY THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.
14.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms.
15.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.
16.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
17.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves — most recently on August 28, 2026, when accounts went live and §7 moved from "planned" to "in effect." The next such change is payments (§8). We'll update the "Last updated" date and flag material changes on the site. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
